Hesitating a few moments before starting my day....there is an entire world of activities in my wife's beautiful garden....

Pittsburgh

Just returned from a trip to Pittsburgh, Pa... family reunion... a lot of fun... and after, we got to explore the city and find a very cool museum to wander around in (The Carnegie) and The Natural History Museum. After taking this photograph above the city we explored a great exhibit with those creatures from very long ago! Enjoy! -- BL

Up close and in the garden!

Had a few minutes to appreciate my wifes garden a couple days ago and got up close to a few flowers and a buzzing intruder! -- BL

MORE! (From HOWE CAVERNS) Such a cool underground experience!

Howe Caverns

     I had the chance to take a few days off, and took a ride upstate to check out Howe Caverns. (Many people have done this when they were kids.) We had a great time.

     After dropping done into the earth about 160 feet (via an elevator) we wandered into quite an alien looking underground environment! Somewhat cooler than above (bring a jacket) and often feeling drops of water from the walls, we proceeded on many walkways (nicely paved) to see such cool rock formations,  tunnels, it felt as if we were WAY back in time!

     Even had a boat ride... you are underground a little over an hour and towards the end there is a somewhat narrow passageway which runs about 100 feet… (you can take another route if you don't like tight spaces).  Wow! Check it out sometime!
