Catching Up

Happy New Year! I have been fighting a cold/flu for several weeks... as many have been, I'm sure.
Quite a hassle with all of this frigid weather!

         Attached are several new photographs of things "up close" which still interests me. Enjoy.

SEASONS GREETINGS!!

         Just returned from a drive up into the Boston area... on the road to deliver two of my large paintings, purchased at my recent show in Chelsea by a wonderful couple. It was very nice to be invited into the home and see these people again and also to learn where the pieces will be hung!  (They have found a great home!)

         Wandering north of the city I found the quaint town of Concord, had a nice lunch, and even got to photograph some very cool old headstones in an old cemetary.  Did the trip up and back in one day and was very happy that I had offered to deliver the work to them in person. Super people.

         (Here are the two paintings which now live in Massachusetts!)

Wreath Party!

Show is over!

I'd like to take a moment to thank the many wonderful people who came to NOHO Gallery during my show: the folks from Australia, the ladies from Canada, the groups of art students, the couple from California, the man from Paris, the children who sketched in my sign-in book, my friends, fellow artists, the cool Japanese documentary film crew who filmed my entire show, the many people who purchased my handmade cards, and the fine couple who purchased two of my large paintings for their home. I appreciated all of the interesting conversations, questions and comments that I was happy to hear and engage in discussions about.)
